The Little League Umpire Registry offers Little League umpires a smart way to stay on top of their game. The 2003 registration is now available online and umpires can sign up in minutes and start enjoying the benefits. New Opportunities with District 28!

Ladies and Gentlemen, the staff at the Diamond Umpire Association Are happy to announce our new affiliation with District 28 Little League. We will be handling the Perris, Mennifee, and Horsethief Canyon Leagues. (I'm personally glad to hear this as it is the District my Father served as District Administrator for many years)

Why The Name Change From CAL UMP?

The Cal Umpire Association that does the MLB Minor League games asked us if we would change our name in an effort to avoid confusion with their association. After due consideration, and reflecting on our roots were with the Catholic League and we decided a name change would not be a real problem.
